When I first heard someone say ‘AI Knowledge Management’ I thought, “Okay, cool buzzwords, but what does that really mean?” It’s like having a super organized assistant who can magically find exactly what you need when you need it, without the loss of files. AI knowledge management, or AI management, is simply the use of artificial intelligence to collect, arrange, and retrieve knowledge in an organization. You’re not simply storing it, you’re making it useful, like making a haystack of information searchable and streamlined, like an actual library.
